The second year will be a time of reintegrating into society through job placement and employment, financial planning and money management. The second year will also give our people the opportunity to learn new skills and use and perfect those skills already in place.

LIFE SKILLS INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM (IOP) 90 DAY PROGRAM

Our mission is to promote a sturdy foundation of recovery from alcohol, drugs and other related behaviors by providing an environment that fosters safety, trust, and community at an affordable price.

What is an intensive outpatient treatment program?

Intensive Outpatient counseling is a form of primary treatment which is often recommended by clinical/medical professionals for those struggling with addiction. IOP is commonly recommended for individuals who do not need a medical detox. Intensive Outpatient allows for those with chemical dependency issues to continue to go about their lives, going to work, school and being an active member of their family. Many of our IOP clients choose to live in our sober living facility for an added layer of security in early recovery.

While IOP is not for every client, it provides unique advantages such as allowing individuals to begin rebuilding their personal and familial relationships from day 1 of their recovery.

What am I going to be doing while participating in the Stages of Recovery IOP?

While the main focus of our IOP program will be group therapy, every client is assigned an individual therapist which they will meet with on a weekly basis. Our group therapy sizes are limited to allow for the optimal therapeutic setting. If you are curious about learning more, feel free to ask for more information by calling or filling out a contact form today.

As clients move through our IOP program and become more confident in their recovery, they will begin tapering off the amount of IOP sessions they attend each week. This allows for the opportunity for clients to get involved in the outside recovery community such as finding a good support group, fellow shipping and working with their sponsor.

SKILLS:

• Early Recovery skills

• Relapse Prevention skills

• Coping skills for alcohol and drug cravings

• Use effective communication

• Discover healthy ways to reduce stress

• Learn your triggers and healthy ways to deal with them

• Decision-making skills

• Form healthy relationships

• Time Management and Scheduling

• Financial Planning

• How to enjoy life without using drugs and alcohol
